We publish quarterly impact reports, maintain a public dashboard showing real-time progress metrics, and welcome independent audits. All donors receive regular updates on their contributions, and we invite community feedback sessions twice per year where families can share their experiences directly with our team.
What is the Household Transformation Contract?
The Household Transformation Contract is a 3-year agreement between our organization and each participating family. Together, we set measurable goals in five key areas: education, income generation, health and nutrition, psychosocial wellbeing, and household stability. Progress is reviewed quarterly, and families graduate from the program when they achieve sustainable independence.
What percentage of donations goes directly to programs?
We are committed to financial efficiency. Approximately 85% of all donations go directly to our programs serving families in Genda Village. The remaining 15% covers essential operational costs including monitoring, evaluation, and administrative support to ensure our programs run effectively and transparently.
